Return Policy

We are so confident you will be happy with our products that we offer a no questions asked limited money back guarantee! The guarantee  period for each product is:

Revivogen Products: 90 Days

Clearogen Products: 60 Days

Rejuve MD Products: 60 Days

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return all used and unused products within the specified periods herein from the date your order is received for a complete refund of the purchase price and taxes according to the following rules:

1. Shipping and handling is not refundable. You must return all used and unused products originally sent to you at your own expense to us with a note requesting a refund and your order information.

2. Any items purchased in addition to 1 of each item must be unused and in its original condition to be refundable.

3. We must receive all items no later than specified times for each product from the date your order was delivered by the carrier as indicated by the delivery confirmation information. In absence of tracking information we allow a 15 days grace period.

4. Guarantee valid for one purchase per household and products directly purchased from Advanced Skin and Hair Inc. For products purchased from other retailers please contact them directly for their return policy and return procedures.

Failure to follow these policies may result in partial refund or no refund.
